A At AadhyaK Projects, we transform land into exceptional developments through our Conditional Development Agreement. Landowners contribute land, while we handle approvals, construction, and marketing. In return, they receive compensation based on mutually agreed terms—lump sum, sales percentage, or a share of the built area.
The Land owner in return gets the consideration in form of lump-sum or percentage of sales revenue or some specific percentage of constructed area in the project, it purely depends upon the terms and conditions as mutually agreed by the parties.
